Who Are We?

During the year, day to day management of the charity is delegated by the Board of Trustees to Debbie Cook, Director of Community

We are very proud of our team, which brings together a vast amount of experience across a range of Sectors. Our team members are committed to improving the lives and opportunities of individuals in EFL communities across the UK.

The EFL in the Community team is proudly supported by our staff advisory form, including representatives from across all our teams to support the Senior Management Team with team events and contribute to a variety of decisions and ideas for the business. We also proudly support the Wellbeing Group, who represent staff on all matters relating to their health and wellbeing.
